Get a non-F SKU processor, the iGPU helps you out when you have to troubleshoot a no display issue. I would look into a higher tier PSU. You didn't mention your budget and your location. Would've helped if we had a PCPartPicker link if you're not located in India.

I live in iran, my budget is about 800 dollars, i didn't add the psu because i decided to buy it from an Iranian manufacturer that i could not find on pc part picker, its a really reliable brand, my old pc has a psu from that company and its been working with no problem for 11 years straight
The new psu is a b tier 700w model

About what I would recommend in the US for a lowest cost viable build.

Mine is a DDR5 version, because right now that makes more sense with US prices.

An argument could be made for the i3-13100F or 14100F for a little more power.

If you keep your old GPU around, less risk with having no onboard graphics. Only scenario where you would be out of luck would be a non-functional PCIe slot, in which case you would need a new motherboard anyway. $30-40 for the iGPU means a smaller SSD or less ram or something.

Buy the I3-12100, not the F version.
Integrated graphics helps with testing and the small added cost is cheap insurance if you should ever have a graphics card or psu issue.
The i3-12100 comes with a stock cooler that will do the job.
No need for the expense and issues of a liquid cooler.
aio coolers do not last forever.
