my laptop cannot turn on the operating system couldn't be loaded because the recovery file is missing or contain some error.i am using acer v5.before this it always shut down by itself suddenly.btw how to remove ad while using google chrome, too much ad so that my laptop becomes slow and sometimes freeze.can you help me

Can You revert Your OS to "last good known configuration"? And to remove Chrome Ads, it's not a simple answer. But I'll start with HitmanPro [trial], MalwareBytes [free] and AdwCleaner. And than manually remove all the addons in Chrome.

When Your computer is starting up, press hitting F8, if You get to computer mother board menu, skip it, press F8, and You should be able to see Windows Menu, where's the option mentioned above listed.

i'd done it but when i press f8 nothing change

If You have free usb, You can try this. If not, You need to insert Windows CD/Installation Media into Your computer, boot from it, and run repair.
