[citation][nom]shromila[/nom]All of them work great on Windows 7.Actually you have 17 codes and 16 modes.[/citation]

The first string is already known GodMode. The guy who assembled the picture of all the modes icons had it at the top of his list so I added it in to the top of our list to keep everything all matchy-matchy.

[citation][nom]shromila[/nom]The second last is extra and does not seem to do anything.[/citation]

Detailed in the article, no one can get number 15 (number 16 on our list) to work.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 and attempted ALL of these.

I had two that didn't work for me, the 9th one (1D...) and 16th one (62...). Did all of the other ones and wroked fine, and I copied and pasted these codes in.

issues aside, this is awesome =]

[citation][nom]one-shot[/nom]I found out the hard way why not to do it on Vista x64. I got endless Windows explorer crashes and had to reboot into Win 7 and remove the "God Mode" manually from the desktop. I even tried task mgr in Vista but it would crash as well. Does it work on Win 7 64 bit? I'm now hesitant to try.[/citation]

I has worked fine with me. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

I can confirm the Explorer crash in Vista Home Premium x64. I had to reboot into safe mode with command prompt only and delete the folder.

Is your network called "HOME" or is my visual cortex deceiving me? Thanks for the article anyways, always nice to know of some hidden features that might come in handy :)

I tried that and now I have a goat running around in the house.

I know one that will make the computer dance like a monkey, but I'm not gonna tell ya!

If you want it on Vista, create a shortcut to this

C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

That should work for you

That would actually mean it's getting more popular, which is true. Nice try genius.

@nukemaster:
That worked, thanks!

It's interesting to see all the keywords they assigned to each tool. I had been mildly curious about how that was implemented.

I have the performance one working fine. you need to label the folder mode14.{78F3955E-3B90-4184-BD14-5397C15F1EFC} it works

I forgot the . at the end of the name. Dur. Thanks for the -2 you fuckers! I didn't even say anything bad! Ugg! Anyway, just picked up the Zune HD for all you iPod haters. Pretty cool unit.
