Question The Pc starts and restarts.

So We have installed the system everything goes perfect until we plug the gpu . Psu is 500W.
When we start the pc it goes on a couple seconds and shuts down and restarts. The gpu gets its lights on.
Whats wrong? There are 6 and 8 pin slots.
Gpu: RX570 sapphire nitro

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. With regards to BIOS, can you remain in BIOS indefinitely?

Make and model of the PSU. Just because it claims to be a 500w unit doesn't mean it can actually deliver that much where it counts.

Generic garbage quality PSU complete with a fake wattage and 80 plus rating. Replace immediately with something of better quality.

It's most certainly your current PSU. Cheap generic power supply. Fake branded as well. Buy a HIGH quality power supply.

Okay so I have changed PSU.

To Xigmatek Vector S 750W 80+ Silver.​

The issue persists.

The issue got solved by using the bios switch on the card.
