The pc wont boot!!! Help!

I've changed something on msconfig/boot (something about the number of cores) and now my PC enters into a menu, I've tried anything but it's a dead end:
Safe mode: BSOD
Auto repair: not working
I've tried something in cmd I've seen in this video- https://youtu.be/kjOVFIEAxSQ but I have zeros on the final part...
Pls help!

Which menu? UEFI menu, windows menu (then which one windows?), something else?
Do you have dvd with your system or stick with system? You should be able to repair all files with original and unmodified files from installator.
Whatever will you choose, I'm not sure if you will be able to re-do what you've done without using instalation disc or stick (at least, I'm not aware enough to recommend something due to mine lack of knowledge).

Happened to me a little while ago... Be prepared to reinstall windows..... But before doing that, get the installation DVD and try to run and repair windows from there. Other than that, don't meddle with stuff you don't know the use of.
