Question the pings in our country doesn't get below 90 ms on non-fiber internet But please read ..

But i got an ipv6 enabled TD LTE (mobile internet for desktop) , internet connection , when i use that on my iphone i sometimes get super low pings like 43 to iceland ! is there a way i can actually pings like that with ipv6 if so how please ?! cause when i connect to the said vpn software that shows low pings to outer countries , then the ping is as usual like 150 ms or so . please help . i'm looking for a way to exploit this .

Using VPN software will commonly increase ping times as a result of the encryption overhead associated with the VPN. What exactly are you trying to "exploit"?

like i told you , when i'm browsing the servers in the said vpn software on my iphone , i sometimes see super low pings like 42 to iceland ! but again when i connect my ping to 4.2.2.4 is 150 . i wonder where those super low pings come from and if i can actually get them somehow ?!

Ping time depends greatly on the source/destination and networking conditions at a particular time. This is not something you can directly manage.

Pings are a matter of the moment by moment dynamic environment of Wide Area Networking. You cannot change those external factors because you have no control over them.

The only thing you can do is avoid pinging high latency endpoints.
