Website links to reset did not seem to work at all.... Although the pads appeared to be replaceable actually doing so was not readily done. The pads were very small and difficult to get to. One pad would not come out, the other fell deeper into the bowels of the machine. No harm no foul because the printer simply would not work any more and I had nothing to lose by trying to replace the pads. Print autopsy revealed ink spilled in all around that area of the printer. (I only used official cannon ink cartridges.) What ever you do be very careful and be prepared that the printer may not be fixable. Upvote 0 Downvote
