My computer opens, but whenever I try to open a program it comes up with "The program can't start because win32u.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the Program to fix this problem.' I can open all programs that comes with Windows 10, plus a few exceptions. How can I fix this?

Download that dll and put it into the programs file location.

I have looked all over the internet, but this file only exists in one Microsoft Answers page and that's it. And yes I've tried the solution from Microsoft.
