The screen showing random funky lines, APU Malfunctioning?

It might be the Drivers or just the APU itself but I'm having ramdom lines going accross the screen. The computer is a HP Pavillion P7-1137c here are specs Pavilion specs
Had it for a couple years and now it's acting up. Q: can I uninstall AMD driver and be able to reinstall them?

Doesn't do it anymore. I got a new monitor so I had to get ATI Catalyst to recognize it. Also updated drivers prior.
