Question The smallest ATX case which can fit 360mm radiator.

Greetings. Currently my case is Phanteks P400S, I have expanded Fractal Design Celsius S36 which take care of my GTX 1080 TI and 7700K, though the temperature is pretty good. I looking for the smallest ATX case in order to make my PC more transport friendly. There is a lot of options in the market , but most of the cases is weight too much (12+ kg).
I have special requirements:

1. ATX case
2. Could fit my 360mm radiator system or 2 x 240mm radiators
3. Weight no more than 6kg = 13 pounds
4. Сompatibility with standard atx power supply

In the near future, I want to add second 1080 TI and connect it to my water loop, so suggestions like "just switch to micro-ATX case" is not really relevant for me.
I really like Corsair Carbide 400C, but maybe there is better options...

Well, smallest PC case that can fit 360mm rad, ATX PSU and is ATX in size is Lian-Li PC-07S. But it's net weight of 9.9kg is out of your spec,

I bought Riotoro cr-1088, it doesn't fit 360mm radiator, obviously. I'm going to install 2 x 240 mm radiator.
This case is much smaller, and weight just 8.6 lbs / 3.9 kg.
