Question The temp of processor is 102 Celsius

I have hp laptop suddenly the sound of the fan is so loudly and the temp of processor is increasing insanely , i decided to change the fan and the thermal paste And still the temp of processor is increasing especially in playing or in working with my graphics programs

I did a quick search and it appears that lots of models of the HP seem to suffer thermal throttling, which sadly is super common these days for laptops as manufacturers are cramming more and more high thermal components in them and don't have adequate cooling.

I know you said you you replaced the thermal compound, but another option to try which can help significantly is to replace the thermal compound with liquid metal. There are some things to consider though, and the Number 1 is that liquid metal destroys aluminum and cannot be used on any aluminum component.

the model of my laptop is (HP pavilion 15-AB011NX)
i did some steps to make sure the temp is not about fan or thermal paste it's about something else i don't know
1- i changed the fan (3.8k RPM) with new fan (4.8k RPM).
2- i used every type of thermal paste and finally i used thermal pad silicon , unfortunately there is no change in temp of processor .
3- i cleaned the laptop very well and i am sure there is no dust or anything will prevent the flow of air.
