THE THEME COULD NOT LOAD UNSPECIFIED ERROR

Hello,
When I try to switch to Windows XP theme, I get ERROR LOADING THEME. The theme could not load. Unspecified error. File: C:\WINDOWS\resources\Themes\Windows Classic. Theme. How do i fix this error?

I am getting the same error message. It is almost exactly as the original poster stated. Only the path is C:\WINDOWS\resources\Themes\Windows Classic.theme
