The "to-go" stress test.

As I'm currently on undervolting my i7 4790k (stock vcore was at 1.37v, no idea why that high) and am at 1.14v right now. Doing stress tests and usual pc usage before going a step further.
However, I'm unsure about what software I should use for monitoring and stress-testing my pc. Can't use Coretemp (has a quite high chance to simply freeze my pc, seems to be a "common" issue on windowns 8.1), by the way.

I used to be fine with prime95 with my old cpu, however, this haswell one doesn't seem to like prime. After a while, my vcore will raise up to 1.56v and temeperatures accordingly go even into low 90's after just half an hour. When running AIDA64 or OCCT, vcore doesn't change and I stay around 55-60 degrees, rarely up to 65. So when going further, which stress testing combined with which monitoring program (preferably some all in one thing, fan speeds, voltages, temperatures, clock speeds) would you recommend, or do personally use?

Thanks in advance.

I normally go to Prime 95 with my Haswell, but since you are having problems with that stress test, I would recommend OCCT. It has monitoring built in.
