My passport ultra won't open. Does not contain recognized file system. Don't want to lose all my data.

I can examine what is going on with your drive. Can you do a screenshot of your Disk Management page? You can provide another one of the Device Management page too, it would be helpful.
If you've received an error message, please copy the logs too of the error from the Event Viewer.
