The worst virus ever

Ok so I downloaded this virus ,5 hours ago ,tried recovering ,tried deleting the hard drive and everything but it is impssobile because either there is an error or it just doesnt do so yeah . Imediately after I start up my pc now it says diagnosing your pc and I just cant stop it it is like a loop ,so yeah rip .please help guys ,Please

Sounds much less like a virus and more like a hard drive or other hardware issue.

Well sorry for lack of information ,but I downloaded a file which definetely was and is a virus 100%

what the OS? did it have a recovery option?

Did you have backup of your personal data? Could reinstall your os.

I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit. And yes today I am going to reinstall my os. Will update if something will happen.
