Theme keeps changing automatically

Hey there Everyone

I set a specific saved theme on my Windows 10 PC and also set a slideshow background.
For some reason after setting the theme and wallpaper I want it Automatically changes to some 500 px random wallpaper.

How do I stop this?

Do you have multi computers using the same login info?
If so you might need to turn off sync settings.
You can find it under Settings/Accounts/Sync your settings, then turn off theme under individual sync settings.

Ok So Ive turned off the Sync Theme option on have turned off the Sync Settings completely but for some reason Windows is still changing my theme from slideshow back to random 500px Pictures.
Is there any way of stopping this?

i had a problem like this a few months ago after i fresh installed win 10 and it must have had a record of my previous desktop size in its records as it was showing a 1080p image size on a 4k monitor (postage stamp size). I know I turned off synch and also turned off slideshow and a few other things I am struggling to find now. think i also reset my theme to the default one and made a new one.

Download this and create a win 10 installer: Win 10 media creation tool

Change boot order so USB or DVD first, hdd second
Boot from installer and follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
