I actually see no problem in my internet speed. I have 50Mb/s internet speed, I checked Google's internet speed test, Ookla and so on and everything seems fine. Though, the real problem is that I can barely play 720p Videos on any streaming website such as YouTube, I get really high ping in gaming, and have really slow downloads (it takes about 6 and a half minutes to download an image). This happened recently, about two days ago my PC started doing this. Before this I used to play YouTube videos at 1080p while downloading large files such as games. I want to blame my internet provider but all my other devices have the full internet speed I'm paying for.
I believe that I have fast internet speed but when I use it it on my PC it seems like I'm using 5Mb/s internet speed.
I really don't know what is happening with my internet, can someone please explain to me what is happening or can someone help me find me a solution?

Solution
Since other devices have full internet access speed. There are four possiblities:
1. PC's cable connection is not stable.
2. Your PC is virus infected.
3. There are rate limit(bandwidth shape) rules in your router/firewall.
4. Ethernet card malfunction

I would recommend you check the cable, get another ethernet adapter, run anti-virus scanning...

Well there's a lot you're leaving out. Maybe the cable you use to connect from your pc to the internet is dodgy. Maybe your modem just needs resetting. Maybe you need to update your network drivers. Maybe your network or modem settings aren't correct. Maybe you have a virus. Maybe windows needs updating or reinstalling. There's a lot of things you can try really. Just have to try to figure out which of these is the problem and if none of these things I mentioned is the problem you probably should contact your internet provider.
