Hello, I have i9 12900kf and 2x8 ddr4 320mhz ram on z690 aorus elite ax ddr4 motherboard and IAM planning to get new build and I really need a CPU with integrated graphics
Option 1
I get i9 14900k and coolermaster master liquid 360 atmos cooler. These two components will replace only my CPU and liquid cooler that I already have and also I will get Samsung nvme m.2 990 pro 1TB
Option 2
I get i7 14700k and new mb z790 MSI project zero and 2x16 ddr5 6400 MHz ram and redragon CCW 3013 360 liquid cooler and Samsung nvme m.2 990 pro 1TB
But option 2 will cost me 100$ more than option 1
So which option should I go with and I already have id cooler zoomflow 240x liquid cooler?

What is it that you do with your build at this moment of time that's warranting you the need for an iGPU? Why does option 2 have a new motherboard and ram kit? You could easily just flash the BIOS to the latest version, clear the CMOS and then drop in a 14th Gen Intel processor onto the socket.

But option 2 will cost me 100$ more than option 1
Where are you located in the USA? If you're not located in the USA, please mention your location, your budget for your upgrade and your preferred site for purchase.

I live in Egypt and I won't be upgrading my pc for a long time that's why i thought about ddr5 ram which will need a new Motherboard
And in this case I like the looks of MSI z790 project zero

Are you a gamer? Are you against AMD? I have had a lot of Intel CPUs in my life because they make good ones, but AMD can now make a CPU every bit as good as Intel. Why are you looking at a CPU that is almost 2 years old? Why not consider an AMD 9000 CPU? In my opinion, if your building a gaming rig today, then there is no better future proofed chip than an AMD x3d part.

With that being said, the x3d parts are not as good at other professional workloads. So if you do more than game, it may not be the chip for you.

How old is your 240 aio cooler?
Is it currently performing as it should?
Consider reusing it, at least initially.
In time all aio coolers start to fail, think 5he 5 year timeframe
What is the make/model of your case?
Are you a gamer, or is your work mostly batch oriented?

Go for the 14900K
Update your bios to currency; it should have been done by now.
If you buy the 14700K you will always be second guessing yourself.

Don't chase DDR5; for the most part, performance is similar to DDR4.
