there is no audio preview
File not natively supported. The preview may have no or low quality audio, but the exported file will have lossless audio. I can convert the file in the menu for preview with better sound quality.

When I updated the LosslessCut program to version 3.61.0 Pre-release, sound appeared in the preview, but when playing some video formats in this program, such as this format, the image still becomes blurry.
When in this LosslessCut program, regardless of whether version 3.59.1 or version 3.61.0 Pre-release in some video formats, when the image is paused, it is sharp

but when I press the triangle to play it, the image becomes blurry.

So why is this so?
It is known that when the image moves, it becomes blurry in every player, but the date and time numbers should be sharp.

In the place of the film, where a fragment of the film was cut in the Media Player Classic - Black Edition, some colored squares appear in the image right after the cut.

but the system movie player "Movies and TV" in the place where the fragment of the movie cut by LosslessCut begins, the "Movies and TV" player will jam.
Which program can be used to cut movie fragments without encoding so that the movie previews are sharp and that after cutting these fragments, every media player will play them correctly.

What type of hardware are you using to run the program and perform these edits? I tried the 3.59.1 version on a Windows 11 PC with a 13900K cpu and had no problem editing 4K HDR video which plays back perfectly on MPC-HC 2.21. Perhaps you don't have enough processing power for non-blurred display. But it is difficult to discuss this without knowing what hardware you're using. Also please indicate what type of camera you are using to create these videos. Perhaps a higher frame rate 50fps would reduce the blurring.

Also please confirm which language you are using when running the program; is it set for Polish? Polski?
