Question theres no amd pbs on bios, and i need to change my prefered gpu

my ecs a320am4-m3d seems didnt have amd pbs menu to change my gpu while on the manual book pic (older bios version) have one, did the menu require something to do to make it appear?

Is the other GPU connected to a display at the moment?! The bios will not see it if it is not connected.
