Hello my thermal pads broke when i was changing the thermal paste, will this be a problem ?

No, you're going to be fine, just place it back the way you found it...without any crest or trough, so the cooling assembly doesn't have any undulations.

It broke in to 3 pieces so assembled it back and stuck it to the memory so it doesn't fall apart.
