Thermal paste left silver shine on graphics card pcb

While I was cleaning off old thermal paste on my graphics card, I accidentally smudged some on the pcb. I wiped the stain down really hard with 99% isopropyl alcohol until no thermal paste was left on the paper towel when wiped the graphics card, but there was still a silver shine on the area. I haven’t had any problems with the card yet, but will of have any long term affects?
