Not really sure, the more expensive stuff seems newer, maybe a new formula? Or just different packaging? Dates on the reviews seem to confirm one is newer than the other. Not sure if it affects the products being in a package for awhile really or if it's just as good. The blue packaging might be cheaper if they're getting rid of old stock?
