[SOLVED] Thermal Paste on Motherboard

When taking off my CPU cooler after putting on thermal paste about 5 minutes ago, a small drop of thermal paste went onto the motherboard. It's MX2 thermal paste so it's non conductive and I used a thermal paste alcohol wipe to clean it off and then a cotton bud to dry it and it seems to be fine but there is a little stain when in the right lighting where you can see where it was, is that okay?

As long as it's non-conductive, no worries. You could've even left it on there.
