Thermal paste reapply needed?

So i have replaced my cpu and i dont know if i need toate reapply thermal paste.
P.S:I have normal temps for cpu(on idle maximum 35 Celsius)

It is recommended to clean off old paste and reapply with new whenever you change a cooler.

At idle, you should see 10-15c. over ambient if all is well.

at 35c. idle you probably do not NEED to reapply so long as temperatures under load are nominal.

Clean the old off with alcohol. 91 % pure if you can get it.
Use something lint free like a paper coffee filter.

Many methods work.
I use a rice sized drop in the middle.
It will spread out under heat and pressure.

It is hard to use too little.
