So i have a single GTX 1070 in my build, but i'm having low fps issues when i play games like The Division (25~30 fps), Rise of the tomb raider (30~50 fps), Call Of Duty MW2 (40~80 fps)... PS: i'm using a 1080p monitor 144Hz. I tried everything to solve the problem like updating my bios, updating windows, re-install Nvidia drivers, using maximum performance power in Nvidia control pannel, unfortunately the problem still exist.
So what do you think guys ? it is a power supply issue ? Btw i'm using liquid cooling so it's not a heating problem. My system specs: Intel core i7-6700 - MSI GTX 1070 FE - Asus ROG Maximus Ranger motherboard - HyperX Fury 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz - 960GB Toshiba SSD.

I do not believe this is a PSU issue. Have you tried lowering the settings and seeing if that changes anything?

I personally think that the 530W PSU should be enough, but I go for higher wattage PSUs just to be safe. And I highly doubt that the wattage that the 1070 is receiving is not enough.

Kind of a secondary, but rare-fix, have you tried reseating the 1070? This could help in some cases, but not all.

Ahh, okay. Have you tried reseating the card or not? Or maybe have you tried overclocking it?
