my psu thermaltake 530w smart SE
is this psu can handle my cpu and gpu?

That's an Okay-ish PSU, but it's not the very best of power supplies. It will work. But I would recommend something else in it's place if possible - especially powering a discreet GPU.

Can you get some other high quality power supply ? Maybe a SEASONIC Foucs Plus GOLD, or Corsair's RMx series ? Anyways, here is the full review of this PSU, assuming this is your actual PSU Model.

Cooler Master - MasterWatt Maker MiJ, V series 550/650W.

That's not a good PSU at all.

Would be best to get one of the ones recommended above.
