Ok so im having a problem with my thermaltake fan controller everything is plugged in and i have tried pretty much everything to try and fix it. Anyone done something other than the basics to fix this?

All fans connected, molex is connected, internal usb is connected.

Things ive tried:
- Different software versions
- unplugging replugging
- switching internal ports
- deleting corsair link 4
- setting all to aurora -> save -> shutdown

Solution
Try RGB Fusion from Gigabyte since your motherbord is Gigabyte. Might want to install App Center first since they say it you should, but changed colors on my Gigabyte RTX 2070 without the App Center,is up to you.
Here the support for your motherboard,
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z270X-Gaming-5-rev-10#support-dl-driver
look under utilities.

Here they show at the Gigabyte site that your fans are compatibel,
https://www.gigabyte.com/sa/mb/rgb/ready
the first three fan pack you see (=> Cooler),click it and it will take you to the Thermatake site.

Might wel first uninstall the Thermaltake software to be sure.

One other thing here maybe before trying RGB Fusion i see you clicked...

@Lutfij,

He updated his first post.

You downloaded the software from here?
http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model_support.aspx?id=C_00003016
use the first option.

Looked at his video and he seems to have a good suggestion at around min 5.00,
https://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=4&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwiYqe_u2tffAhUQZFAKHXsFC1IQwqsBMAN6BAgAEAc&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Dd66a9CSIqoU&usg=AOvVaw0cKtTb4uwLMF4Zkk10T1rL
it seems they are on looking at your picture. Might want to look at all of it,but think that might make the difference.

Also at min 6.00 in the next he says to make sure that those switchs he points at are in a specific place when using one controller,

Hmm doesnt show my fans in the menu, maybe needs to be directly isnt the motherboard and not through a controller :(
