Question Thermaltake Smart BX1 550W Bronze SLI AND RTX 2060 Super?

The NVDIA recommended PSU for the card is 550 W, did some digging on the internet and an article recommended this PSU(A variant of this version with RGB lights for 8 dollars more which I dont need). Thoughts?

I'm not very well informed on the PSU inner workings and the demographics and importance of different brands so would you mind telling me why it's better than the one I was suggested with? is it because of the amount of watts, 700 which makes it better?
