Thermaltake sp850w burned my ssd

I connected a type 4 to the sata drive and it fried my ssd. Meanwhile I was using it with the cable.of the fans and it worked. Help please

Hi ! Yesterday I installed an SSD on my Thermaltake psu and it fried it . The cable is a type 4 and it was installed correctly as far as I know. Before installing it with the original cables I had it installed on my fans cable and it booted up and I wanted to know if I did something wrong please help me
