Hi, I'm looking for 750W PSU and after I'm doing some research I can't decide to pick one..

note : some reviews state that the Tt TP750 is 80+ Gold PSU while there is one review state this PSU as Bronze while giving The Corsair HX750 as silver (Corsair state this PSU as Silver.. weird..)
this leads me into confusion..

It wont be easy to tell the diffrence between those two. Most likely you wont notice the diffrence. This is because High end PSUs are normally good enought to not fail anyway.

You could try to see reviews on both PSUs to find out wich one has more stable Voltages, but you would be jsut considering a specific unit, not a model in itself, so the minimal diffrence will probably not be noticed.

Corsair is a Samsung brand if i remmber correctly, while Thermaltake is is a german company that does quite good equipment (thou it is not considered top of the high end line) and so far my 700W thoughtpower has had no problems at all (4 or 5 years now, cant remmber, but its been working for 20h+ a day).

You could read some round ups about PSUs where those models would be looked at, but again, you are only reciving the tests of a unit, not the entire model production.

The Toughpower 750W Gold TP-750P unit you linked is built by FSP and is based on the AURUM CM 750. The Aurum platform is only really good up to ~550W. It is group regulated, so voltage regulation is only good in certain situations, has mediocre ripple and noise suppression. Overall I would not recommend it unless it was much cheaper.

There are two versions of the Corsair HX750. The original one (part number CMPSU-750HX) was advertised as 80 Plus Silver, even though it received an 80 Plus Gold cert from Ecova, because Corsair felt that 80 Plus Gold was not guaranteed in real world conditions.
Recently Corsair have released an updated HX series (part number: CP-9020031-NA / 75-001218) which they do advertise as 80 Plus Gold and is the one you linked to. This model is semi-fanless to a certain wattage range.

Out of the two the Corsair HX750 is definitely better.

Agree, because it's performance is very good and it is cheaper and quieter.

Hi - Don't disagree with the Capstone rec, but right now the Corsair hx750 gold (10% of + $25mir) is actually a few $ cheaper
than the Capstone. Def worth considering.

I really consider the Rosewill and the new Corsair HX-750W, unfortunately the local store didn't sell the Rosewill PSU and I can't afford the new Corsair (I don't live in USA, we don't have newegg around here) so I guess for now I'm going to go with Corsair HX750 but if there are changes in December I will go for Rosewill or New Corsair HX750 (If the price fall by a little bit).

What country are you in? Or what website(s) do you use to buy parts from?
If it is a local store then a list of choices would be good enough for me to suggest the best one.
