So I bought this power supply NEW, and just realised that this is a 4 year old power supply..
I am still building my pc and am having seconds thoughts on buying a 4 year old but an unused power supply for my new rig..

Do i have to look out for something, e.g compatibility or is this psu fine and I'm worrying for nothing?

THANKS 😀

Ooops

Hi again - I'd still go ahead with this PSU, it was built by CWT and it's ratings were achieved at 50C and a 5 yr warranty not the 40-45c & 2-3 yr warranty many units are rated at. And while I wouldn't touch the TT Tr2 series, this series seems good.
While no trusted reviews of this model, it's sister, the 775 has excellent reviews.
This is a good PSU, go with it.

Hi - Might be 4yrs old - but it is still current in TT's PSU line. The only concern would be if you had an Intel
Haswell CPU. This PSU is not Haswell ready. Could still be used, but you'd need to disable the sleep state in BIOS.

If you do not have a Haswell CPU, then this PSU is fine, Silver efficiency too.
