Question Thermaltake USB connections fail

My apologies. Not an expert.

However...I built two PC's using Thermaltake Core 1 cases.
First one had issues plugging USB drives into the front ports. (Not recognized.)
Second one had issues also, not recognized, also froze whole computer when plugging in a USB thumb drive.
Had to restart every time.

Where to look from here?

Did you make sure the rear ports on the build(on the motherboard) work? If they do, then the cases' front panel is the issue. If the issue persists on the rear ports then you might need to reinstall your chipset/USB drivers.

Please mention the make and model of the motherboard and it's BIOS version. If the case is not the one linked above, please make sure you've got the model of the Thermaltake chassis.
