Thernaltake TR2 Any Good?

Is the Thernaltake TR2 430w any good? What tier is it? And if it isn't good, what is a good PSU for a price within the same ballpark.

Tr2s are bad and depending which model they can be system killing junk. Not listed on toms list but id guesd they would be 4 or 5. Newggs eggxpert list had them at tier 5 last i looked.
