This build is more suitable for 1440p rather than 1080p! You have a lot of power there. Have a look at this article for a review of the 390x:

Agreed. If your on budget just buy a 280x from msi or sapphire they play everything on ultra at 1080p

And unless you've done your reasearch or personally have Windows 8 most people hate it. Go with win 7 or win 10 (keep in mind win 10 has bugs in it still) and I would buy a 250gig ssd. Do your research on an ssd there really fast for loading games and booting Windows. That hard drive will give you hell.
