THG Intentionally Broken for Those Using Ad Blockers ?

For the last few days, when you click on a link ... nothing happens. Demonstrated it on 3 PCs so far. Is this intentional ?

It's not really effective in that right clicking the link and "Opening in New Tab" works just fine, just makes visiting THG a PITA.

It's not a AV / Anti-Malware issue ... disabling AdBlock Plus makes the problem go away. But that's not going to happen; will just right click until it gets too annoying at which point, will just stop visiting.

Not sure exactly which part of the site you mean by "THG". I use Adblock Plus in Chrome and links to articles and forum posts work fine.
Whatever it is you are seeing I doubt it is deliberate. Someone managed to break the whole main page a few weeks ago by not testing it with ABP.

I run ABP (in FF 52.01), and have not seen this happen at all.

Same... with adblock enabled it shows that its blocking 34+ and i get a blank ( white ) screen...

On the previous occasion, the floating ads would cover content on the front page.
Now the whole page is blocked with ABP.

Several of the Mods run AdBlock Plus (including me, on both Windows and Linux) without issues of any kind. If you're having problems please provide the appropriate log files.

Front page seems to be working again, and I didn't experience the issue with links that the OP reported.
