Thinking AMD Phenom II X6, but where to get it? What $ range?

Biostar A870U3 mobo which leaves me with 140 wat TDP and AM3 socket, which seems to cover pretty much any Pheonom II X6 I've seen, but where to get em?
Found a couple used on Amazon...$170 for the black-ed 1090T, used. Is that around the right price range?

This would be my recommendation. A better board than the Asus solution and currently a little cheaper.
