All the parts are compatible. However, I recommend getting an aftermarket CPU cooler and a better quality power supply. Try the EVGA SuperNOVA GS 550W Modular 80+ Gold power supply. Otherwise, solid build!
Yeh I was reading into something, does it still run dual channel or something like that. Will it not be as fast as if I was to buy a 2x4gb kit instead of two separate sticks

Thanks mysto just one more thing. Is the other psu essential? I dont plan to do much upgrading in the future so is the 500w good enough? I might pick up ther hyper 212 in the future. Is the gigabyte a good overclocker?

If you are not gaming or video editing, the power supply you picked is fine. The motherboard is good for very low overclocking. If you want more overclocking capability, go for the Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0. Tell me if that motherboard doesn't fit in you budget.
I plan to game but I dont think ill be getting any upgrades it the future so is my psu fine for gaming? I might get the coolermaster hyper212 in the future or a ssd if my psu allows it. I have to keep to amazon however because I live in Ireland an with other sites delivery is so expensive
Its another 60 pound though I don't have the money I'm afraid, I'll probably buy the hyper 212 evo later on down the road, if you think it will give me a big performance boost?

2x4GB sticks will definitely let you run in Dual Channel Memory mode!
