Hello, this is my first time building a pc and i wanna get a 144hz monitor too, and i wonder if this build will be able to really use the 144hz or im just wasting my money?
Higher end games no way. Something like csgo very easily. I wouldn't spend the money myself. 144 Hz is harder on an entire system then 4k is. (4k just needs an awesome GPU)
Depends what games you want to play & at what resolution / quality you want to play them at. I doubt You would be able to play majority of AAA titles on medium to ultra settings and get 144+ FPS, but lower end games / general use would definitley be a lot more enjoyable at 144hz 😉

Thank you for your answer, im thinking about changing the video card of the build ZOTAC Geforce 1060 Mini 6GB for this one Gigabyte GTX 1070 ,this would help to improve significantly the performance of the monitor? or just need i just need whole different computer with a better build to see a real difference?
In AAA titles to actually reach 144fps you need a 6600k/6700k but just because you don't have 144 fps doesn't mean it's wasted. Still will look better at 110 than a 75hz screen. The 1070 will help for sure in a lot of titles.
