This is my current build yet my 780 ti struggles to even play arma 3. And this gpu / cpu should be more than qualified to be able to handle that game at least at a steady 40fps.but I only get 5-25

Yes. All the parts will work together good. Specific ram is not listed but any ddr3 ram will work given that the clocks are the same as the mobo lists.
