this cause by psu or motherboard or faulty card

i just replace my gt220 to PowerColor HD6950 1gb ddr5. Yesterday my pc start and running in window but on top of screen writing TESTVBIOS but i change back to gt220 it work fine.i change back to HD6950 and it run same again TESTVBIOS and then i go to screen resolution,advanced i saw my pc running on 256mb graphic card.at BIOS INFORMATION it write CAYMAN which is my HD6950 model. So, today i try to boot my pc and my pc start acting weird which all fan is running.Usually my pc got beeps sound starting to window.But now it just all fan spinning and keep black screen.its also keep restart itself.i try change my graphic card to 9500GT which my Pentium 4 use now and its out same result with pc wont start and keep restarting itself.is

I hope someone have solution for this problem.

hello,

if youre still at this problem, you might wanna try what I did.
my gc is powercolor hd6950 1gb ddr5 with dual BIOS switch bought from ipmart.

the gc was good except that it has the same TESTVBIOS displayed at the top center of the screen - yes it was annoying.
the gc then made my pc hanged in the middle of the game displaying white vertical lines.

what I did was flashed the gc with its original stock BIOS - you need to get the ATIWinFlash and PowerColor HD6950 1Gb DDR5 BIOS

select 1 or 2 from the BIOS switch on your card. actually the switch was made for OC convenience, so the choice is yours.

boot into windows and run ATIWinFlash. from there, find the intended BIOS and flash your card. the flash process...
