Get the 4690 if your not able to get the 4690K.

yeah it is good and shifting within 15 4460 and 4690 isnt much of an upgrade if u dnt have money 4460 is okay but if do 4590 or a 4690 is good option

i5-4460 is plenty enough, dont buy a k cpu if you dont plan on overclocking.

jst so u know the corsair vs is tier 3 psu which is a low quality one i suggest get a teier 2 or 1 psu....
