So I recently decided to upgrade to a new pc and everyone of them had a issue

TLDR; Trying to figure out what is causing my computer to lock up during gameplay. (only two of the pc I bought have this issue.)

The first computer I bought for $1599.99. I though it was a steal for the price since building this would cost more than $2,000. But the computer had a bad Mobo on arrival. I exchanged it and got another one in a week. But After setting it up and using it for a month. It keep Locking up while playing any game. I would have to hard reset it or it would reset itself and wouldn't leave any clear indication on what was causing it. So I return it.

PC BUILD
Intel 13th Generation Core i9 13900KF
32GB DDR5 SDRAM
1TB SSD NVMe
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 12GB
1000PSU
Win 11 home

I then bought got a Alienware Laptop for $1399.99. Big mistake it got low FPS in Wacraft and sounded like a jet.
Laptop build
Intel 13th Gen Core i7
16GB DDR5
1TB SSD
RTX 4070
win 11 pro

I now have IBUYPOWER Y40. Only had it for a few days and today it lock up while playing Warcraft and I had to hard reset it. The OS is fully updated and so is the nvidia gpu. It now has a few corrupted OS Files I will need to fix. I haven't had another lock up yet. But will do further stress testing with warcraft and a few other games. But I would like some help trying to figure out if this is a hardware issue. I am tired of exchanging pc and having similar issues.

PC build
Intel 13th Generation Core i7-13700f
32GB DDR5
2TB NVME
RTX 4060Ti 16GB
win 11 home

WHY does it "now have a few corrupted OS files"? What did you do to cause that?

What software, EXACTLY, and please provide a FULL list including any utilities or mods you are installing, is installed on these systems that it did not originally come with?

What peripherals are you connecting to these machines?

Are you using a UPS battery backup or power strip to plug these systems into power?

There is no way four different systems could all have the same or similar problems unless it is some piece of hardware or peripheral you are using that is common to all of them, or some piece of software you are installing on them, or a problem with your UPS or power strip/surge protector. If it was just the Y40 I'd say well there's your answer, because problems with iBuypower PC and Cyberpower PC systems is very common, but given the first three systems were not from them, I can't blame it on that.

I only have Razor mouse and keyboard connected, two monitors, Astro a40, and new insignia surge protector(i've used all of these on my custom built pc that is still working). I assume the corrupted OS files are due to hard reset when it locked up. it didn't have any before as I used SFC /SCANNOW to check after doing all updates when setting up the pc.

I do not use mods on warcraft.

first system was broken out of box
2nd unit work for one month before locking up.
3rd was just a bad purchase and didn't meet my expectations.
4th pc only locked up once after having it few days. (hasn't happen again. Just trying to get to the bottom of the issue. if it persist.)
