Question This is My Second Built and I Feel Exhausted!

Hey,

Ive built my first PC with your help s during the pandemic. Ive started the build my second PC as my muti-functional office PC and Im in trouble and huge stress.

Its been a month since Ive been trying to build this PC on and off and nothing seems to be working. Like I dont know what am I doing wrong. I cant follow the work properly since I was going to use this PC as my office PC.

These are the specs:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz
• Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-fi) Amd X570 DDR4 4400 MHz (OC) Am4 Wifi + Bt Atx
• Graphic: Sapphire 11310-01-20G VGA Pulse AMD RX6600 Gam 8GB GDDR6
• Ram: Corsair Vengeance Rgb Pro Sl 16GB (2x8) 3200MHZ CL16 CMH16GX4M2E3200C16 Ddr4 Ram
• Power: EVGA SuperNOVA GA 750W 80+ Gold Full PSU
• SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe 500GB 3500MB/s-3300MB/s M.2 SSD (MZ-V7S500BW)
• Case: Nzxt H510 Flow CA-H52FB-01 Siyah Atx Mid-Tower

I will put every photo step by step. I need someones help as I feel weird about this whole situation.

At first I tought that maybe there is an issue with the power button of the case, and I am still thinking that there might be something wrong with it as well. That 4 small cable that says : Power SW, Led+ etc sits weirdly and the case doesnt say properly about where to insert them.

You don't know where to plug in those tiny power switch and LED connectors?

You think you do and tried it but nothing whatsoever happens?

You think you do and tried it and the fans spin but nothing else?

You have the case manual but it does not refer to your issue at all?

Like a doctor, we can diagnose, but we need to test and gather all information available in order to pinpoint the issue.

I doesnt power up. I can see the lights on the motherboard but it doesnt power up.

Nothing whatsoever on the monitor?

No beeping?

How many RAM sticks installed and in what slots?

Does it POST? If there's light, it's receiving some power! What BIOS did you install? It needs to have 2607 or later, which is required to run a 5600X and was released well after this board was made.

So I can see some light at the motherboard but it doesnt power up, like NOTHING! No fan no cpu no whatsoever.
