The GeForce RTX 4070 Super is a 220W TGP graphics card. Without considering the PCIe expansion slot, a pair of 8-pin PCIe power connectors can provide up to 300W, so it's a more than adequate setup. However, all other custom GeForce RTX 4070 Super models have a 16-pin power connector. This contrasts with the case of the GeForce RTX 4070 (200W), where some came with the 16-pin power connector and others with a single 8-pin PCI power connector.

So a single 8-pin should work for the 4070 Super as well. That is enough for 225 W. Might be a bit tight, but if the card actually does what they write on the datasheet, still enough.
