This motherboard any good?

gonna buy an ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+
got an fx 8370
got a thermaltake silver arrow cooler

Question is... is the board any good? especially for overclocking, want the chip to sit comfortable at 4.5 and if good enough maybe push to 4.7/8

Its a fairly decent board but for overclocking I would stick with ASUS M5A99FX PRO.
