-Motherboard : h110 ddr4
-Gpu : Gtx 750 ti 2gb
-ram : 16gb ddr4 2400mhz cl16
-hdd : 1tb blue
- monitor : LG 24mphq 24 inch

this is better or
buy cpu : intel i5 7500@ 3.4ghz
and get ssd 125 gb ?

You should look at a B250 chipset board, maybe a little more ram since the app's you've listed are ram hungry. The GTX1060 6GB should be the minimum unless you can afford a Quadro card. Please invest in a 256GB SSD, that will help with overall productivity.

these products are over my budget , i dont do gaming design my work is limited to advertisement and logo designs not more .
