Hello,
Using partition tool e.g. EaseUS Partition Master, and right clicking on the drive which has multiple partitions, and then just selecting the 'Convert MBR to GPT' will convert it and keep all the files intact in the system and other partitions? This wouldn't delete files in those partitions?

And, cmd prompt like this will also keep the files?
:\>mbr2gpt /validate
:\>mbr2gpt /convert

Booted from Windows PE to perform the conversion, said in the linked video. Do I need a correct version of another Windows 10 ISO for the running Build in order to create bootable Windows PE?
i would have followed steps in second link. it shows all the steps. The MS link might be overly complicated.

I don't think you need an iso to do that. you can run it from windows via advanced startup (which is PE)
