[SOLVED] Thomson laptop Audio driver wanted..

Hi please let me know how to find the audio driver for my newly bought Thomson 17.3 inch Laptop.. their website do not have it.. tried looking everywhere but still unable to get it.. if anyone have a Thomson Laptop, please help... thank you..
after I installed Windows 10, i am getting "No Audio output device is installed" error..

Yeah, sadly Thomson has no documentation to speak of.

Your best bet is to look yourself.

run msinfo32 and look under sound devices. You should see a hardware ID . Or you can do the same from Device Manager, even without the driver you should see it under Properties, Details, and then change the drop down to hardware IDs.

Something like this:
INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0236&SUBSYS_10280B21&REV_1000

Then head over to a website like: https://devicehunt.com/

If there is no exact match, just enter the vendor ID and look through the listings. These lists aren't complete, so newer hardware may not show up. My hope here is that the hardware you have doesn't represent anything particularly new.

Here are the details of the laptop;

model - Thomson N17V3C4WH128
S/N - OR1381160703405

I did installed a realtek driver. But the windows 10 crashed. so I had to reinstall the windows 10 again.
hope you could guide me to find the correct driver...
