Thoughts for a good programming && gaming pc

Usages : programming(heavy IDE's), gaming(lol), surfing(lots of tabs opened at the same time in chrome 😀), movies HD and maybe dual boot(linux-win)
Budget : Was expecting something around 1000 euro or less
Location : Greece
after some researching i came up to this build.

Everything is ok. I just don't really like the graphics card and the cooler if you are going to OC, you will need better. For your needs it's fine.
If I was you I would replace the 280 with 380 or 280x since they are more powerful. 380 has newer futures and it's much better than the 280 and they are almost same price at your store. And if you want more RAW power get 280x but personaly I woulnd't because it is pretty outdated and it gets alot hotter.
